Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE* on most orders over $100.00 on qualified items. 
Shipping is FAST - most orders are delivered in 1 - 2 business days


  • *Shipping is free for orders over $100.00 with "exceptions"and where the products are marked with a "UPS" icon.
  • With the exception of "Freight Required" orders we ship nationally via UPS. 
  • Orders under $100.00 deliver in 2-3 business days for only $9.95.
  • Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except major holidays. Our stated delivery dates are estimates, but cannot be guaranteed. But please trust that we're doing our best to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
  • Orders are shipped pending credit card payment approval, product availability and order acceptance.
  • Orders shipped and refused will be assessed for an additional shipping charge for reshipment of the order.

Standard Shipping:

We work hard to provide you with fast and accurate shipments, and we will email you an order confirmation and tracking information. With our national network of warehouses, (50+) we ship most orders via UPS the next business day when your order is entered before 3:00 PM in your time zone.

A small number of UPS items ship direct from the manufacturer and have longer lead times. For delivery times on each item, see the UPS icon on each product page. Please be aware that transit times do not include weekends and holidays, with deliveries occurring on business days Monday – Friday.

Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will take additional shipping time.  Shipping direct from the manufacturer allows us to save on overhead costs so we can pass those savings on to you.  Some of these products include:
Acco Brands (Quartet, Swingline)
Latham Time Clocks
Martin Yale

Each of these manufacturers arranges their own shipping times but in most cases typically ship within 3-5 days of order, subject to availability.  

Freight Deliveries:

A signature is required for all freight deliveries and someone must be available during business hours to sign for the delivery. Items unable to ship via UPS (for example some furniture and over-sized products) receive a reasonable delivery surcharge. Typically these surcharges range from $59.95 for orders under $700, to a flat service fees of 8.5% for orders greater than $700. These fees many vary based on weight and your delivery location. Freight items usually require longer delivery times and will be estimated within your tracking order.

Freight shipping fees are for "tail-gate- to-dock". Meaning the driver will bring your items to the rear of the business and will not deliver the products inside your business. During delivery, should you request the driver make an inside delivery you will be responsible for any additional charges. So be sure to make appropriate accommodations on your end. Inside deliveries and set-up are available in most areas for an additional charge.

Damaged Freight Items:

In the unfortunate event of product damage, please note any visible damage on the delivery ticket and have the driver sign noting the same, before signing for receipt of the shipment. When there is visible product damage on any delivery, it is best to refuse delivery. Any claims for damage or missing items must be made within 48 HOURS.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not throw away the shipping materials or packaging for your order. Items not in their original packaging cannot be returned for credit or replacement.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses:

We’re very sorry but we’re unable to ship to these addresses at this time. We understand it’s an inconvenience and we’re working with our suppliers to find ways to make this happen in the future.


Once placed, our warehouses are immediately notified to process your order. Therefore, an order usually cannot be canceled or changed. That is why we ask that you double check your order before completing it. Please check out our Return Policy on orders placed and shipped. Undamaged orders which are refused delivery will have shipping costs and restocking fees deducted from any refund.
