Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will work hard to ensure we take care of your needs promptly and fairly.

If your item(s) are damaged, defective or were shipped in error, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, within 30 days of receipt. Some restrictions apply, so please see "Non-Returnable Items" and "Wrong Items Ordered" below.

Please note that in the event of a return due to no fault of our own, we are unable to provide free returns shipping.

IMPORTANT NOTE: No returns will be accepted without prior approval from OfficeMart.com and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will be issued a return address mailing label. The mailing label is for your convenience and for us to track the return. If you do not use it, it will delay processing your return or replacement.

RMA’s and a return shipping labels are generally sent within 48 hours of approval. (business days, excluding weekends and holidays)


  1. Contact us and request a Return Merchandise Form.
  2. Complete the form and email to [email protected] for approval.
  3. Upon approval you will receive an RMA number and a return address mailing label.
  4. Once you have RMA number and the return address mailing label, carefully repackage the items to be returned.
    1. Place your Return Merchandise Form inside the box.
    2. Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (never on the product packaging itself).
  5. Send the items to the return shipping address we have provided using a carrier who offers proof of delivery (like UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail).

We promise to be fair, we ask that you be fair to us as well.

Please allow up to fourteen business days to process your return request from the time it reaches our Returns Department. If upon inspection or testing, the returned item is found to be defective or inoperative within its warranty period, a replacement item of equal or greater value shall be shipped to you or, at the customer’s request, a store credit shall be issued totalling the amount paid for the returned items, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.


  • No returns without a return authorization number.
  • A return shipping address to the proper warehouse will be provided to you for all returns.
  • Returns must be in original manufacturer´s packaging, and products must be in resalable condition.


If you ordered an item incorrectly, or changed your mind about the product, we will credit you back the purchase price of the unopened, restockable item less the shipping costs. Please understand that when returning an item that was ordered incorrectly on your part that received free shipping, our actual original outbound shipping costs will need to be deducted from your return amount. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the items.

Again, we promise to be fair, we ask that you be fair to us as well.


If we sent you a damaged or defective item, or made a mistake and shipped the incorrect item, we will arrange for the merchandise to be returned and we will pay for any shipping charges incurred due to our error.


Unfortunately some items are non-returnable due to potential fraudulent claims, limited shelf life and safety issues. We DO NOT accept returns on the following items: all dated products including tax forms, calendars and planners, opened software, food and beverages, personal hygiene products, electronics, pharmaceuticals, certain cleaning supplies, assembled or installed furniture, special order items, custom or made to order products.

A small number of items are non-returnable based on manufacturer policies including HON furniture, Bush and others.


All returns or replacements after 30 days must be done directly with the product's manufacturer. Manufacturer´s warranties vary, so please consult the warranty information included with your product(s). If you need help determining details of your manufacturer´s warranty, or need contact information to reach a manufacturer, please contact us for assistance.


There are a few products where we’ll need to pass along restocking fees that are imposed by the manufacturers. These restocking fees range between 15-25% and apply to products that are shipped directly from manufacturers.
